Abstract Submission

Abstracts have to be submitted only after reception of the confirmation email for registration.

How to process:

- Create your account (if you have not already done so)

- Use the abstract template (fill in the form: 1 page, no picture)

- Click on "Abstract submission" and fill the forms step by step

Deadlines to submit an abstract are fixed:

• July 15th, 2016 for an oral presentation

  Abstracts submitted will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee to be selected for oral presentations (short Talk, 10 min).

  ==> Those not selected will be presented as poster during special sessions.

  A notification will be sent by email.

Size of the support poster will be given soon.
